Refund Policy

BYOMA accepts eligible no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return shipping

BYOMA pays return shipping for both no-reason and quality-related returns and will provide a prepaid return label or equivalent no-cost arrangement.

Exceptions

Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and generally post within 5–10 business days after processing.

Cancellations

You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
